"The Love Experience"

We call our nigiri Love Bites. Because hopefully, it’s a little bit of love. The name also came from our time in Austin, Texas.

We call our tasting menu The Love Experience.

After travelling the world for a couple of years,

we came back knowing that the most important thing in life is pretty simple — love.

Our food is influenced by our heritage, by Stockholm, the city that watched us grow, and by the journey life took us on.

There’s a little bit of Paris, some street food from the islands of Thailand,

and of course, the land where I was born — Peru.

We honour the Japanese tradition of sushi, but we do it our own way.

This is the first of its kind.
